Appetizer Stations

  • Antipasta Box – A beautiful Lucite box display of the finest sliced salami, mortadella, prosciutto, marinated vegetables such as artichokes, red peppers, grilled onions, zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant and other seasonal vegetables, mozzarella balls, pepperoncini, gourmet mixed olives and our famous savory herb cheese sticks. House-made focaccia accompanies this amazing array of delicious items.
  • Greens Farm Box is clear boxes filled with the freshest vegetables and a trio of dips. You can choose from Classic Ranch, Vegan Ranch, Creamy Gorgonzola, Cucumber Dill or Hummus. You may also add grilled vegetables if you wish.
  • Grilled Sausage and Meat Station – Let us grill a selection of artisan sausages and present them to your guests with sundried tomato aioli, gourmet mustards, and seasonal dipping sauces. Rolls or Crostini are available with this station upon request.
  • Cheeses of the World – Let’s work together to design a cheese display that includes all of your favorites from right here in California or from artisan cheesemakers around the world. Cheese displays can range from a few cheeses on a platter with gourmet crackers and bread to an entire table dedicated to cheese, dried or fresh fruit, nuts and delicious spreads and jams made to be enjoyed with cheese.
  • Salsa Bar – We will provide a selection of three seasonal salsas such as classic pico de gallo, fiery roasted tomato, green chile tomatillo, mango, pineapple or heirloom tomato depending upon the season, a large bowl of fresh guacamole and a giant bowl of tortilla chips for your guests to devour!
  • Taco Station – Let your guests build their own taco from a selection of grilled chicken, beef or fish (or a combination of all three) with all of the trimmings – shredded lettuce, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsas and sour cream and limes. This station can easily be combined with the Salsa Bar for an even more amazing feast for your guests.
  • Crostini Bar – An array of delicious spreads and toppings for various slices of toasted baguette and artisan breads. Selections will be seasonal and will include items such as bruschetta, tapenade, artichoke and lemon spread,
  • Baked or Mashed Potato Bar – can be served in a rustic bowl or mashed potatoes in a martini glass with all of your favorite toppings such as butter, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, cheddar cheese.
